Growbox by Verdalumo

This website presents indoor growing setup proposals and the Growbox software experience. The project contact for inquiries and privacy questions is contact@wardnest.online. The site accepts requests for an individual proposal; it does not take payment or create an equipment purchase. The seller details and final terms will be supplied before any separate agreement.

Information you submit

The inquiry asks for your name, email, country, crop interest, selected configuration and whether you have an existing setup. Available space, postal code and a comment are optional. We record your request reference, submission and consent time, selected configuration and starting-price snapshot. Please do not include payment information or sensitive personal details.

Purpose, storage and recipients

We use these details to review your request and reply about a suitable configuration. The site is hosted on a Hetzner VPS. Inquiries are stored in a private WordPress database; access is restricted to authorized inquiry administrators. A notification containing the submitted details is sent to contact@wardnest.online through Spacemail, which processes the message as our email provider. Your address is used as Reply-To so the project can respond. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing.

Retention and your requests

Inquiry records are retained for up to 90 days and then removed by the daily maintenance task unless you ask for earlier deletion. Private rolling backups are kept for 14 days and can retain an earlier copy until expiry. Notification emails may remain in the inquiry mailbox while correspondence is handled; contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry and related correspondence. Include your request reference if available. Access to backups is restricted; restoration must respect prior deletion requests.

Necessary cookies and security information

The form uses an essential visitor cookie for security and short-lived protection against repeated submissions. The form stores a salted hash derived from the connection address for rate limiting; it does not retain the raw address in the inquiry record. The server keeps security and access logs separately. No external analytics, advertising pixels or remote font services are enabled. The simulated preview does not create an account or store personal details.

Application links and equipment status

The live demo and login open the separate Growbox application at app.verdalumo.site. Its accounts and temporary simulated-device sessions operate independently of this inquiry site. Equipment images are concept illustrations. Physical hardware and production firmware remain unvalidated; final components, availability, electrical compatibility, delivery, seller identity and price require an individual written proposal.
